What warranty does eu.TeqClub offer?

TeqClub offers the legal warranty to its customers. This gives you two years warranty on most products. Our warranty covers any flaws of the product. Damage to the product due to external factors does not fall under the warranty.

For these products you have 6 months warranty:

  • Batteries
  • Accessories for products

There is no warranty on consumables such as ink cartridges.

When is the warranty applicable?

We always advise our customers to check the product manual first. Some problems may seem like a defect, but it may also be the simple switch of a button. If the product is defect and you have tried to repair it yourself, you can send the product to us for repair. See the repair tab for more information on the handling of repairs of your product.

Which company repairs the product?

All our repairs are carried out by the manufacturers of the product. Depending on the brand of the product, the location and duration of repair may vary.

Signing up for a repair

Signing up for a repair is done through the returns form. You specify as the reason for return that you want to have the product repaired. If you have received a case number from our customer service, you can add it in the ‘Case number’ field.

How do I get my order repaired?

First, fill out the returns form, then put the product in a sturdy package or use the box that came with the shipment. You can then drop off the box with the product at your nearest post office. Once we have received your product, you will receive a receipt from us. We will keep you updated during the repair of your product.

Is the repair free?

As long as your product is within the warranty period and without external influence, the repair is always free. If the defect is caused by your own fault, we can still help you with the repair. There are costs associated with this. We cannot say in advance what the costs will be of the repair before the manufacturer will carry out a check on the defect.
