What are the return conditions?

At eu.TeqClub, you can register a return within 30 days of purchase. After registering your return, you have up to 2 weeks to return the product to eu.TeqClub. To receive your full purchase price back, it is important that you send the product in its original condition and undamaged. Feel free to try the product within normal limitations.

How can I return?

Sending a product for return can be indicated via the return form. Fill in your order number, contact information and reason for return. After completing the return form, our customer service will send you a confirmation email.

How can I swap products?

To swap a product, follow the same steps as returning the product. Fill in the return form, as a reason of return you indicate that you want to swap the product. You will then be given a text box where you can enter the product you would like to purchase instead. Our customer service team will contact you about handling the purchase price.

How will the order be returned?

After completing the return form, your return is registered with us. You can then return the package to the office address at your own expense.
For repairs and other defects, you will receive a repair label for shipping. To return a product, please use the following return address:

Are there any exceptions for returning a product?

Some products cannot be returned. These products fall under the following categories:

  • Digital activation code, such as the DJI Care Refresh code
  • Vouchers and coupons
  • Hygiene products
  • Customization for customers

For some services performed, we cannot give refunds. These services include:

  • Independent repair costs
  • Extra shipping costs outside of eu.TeqClub
  • Fuel costs
