Placing an order

Find the product you wish to purchase. On the product page you can press the shopping cart to place the product in your cart. You can then complete the order through your cart.

Cancelling/Changing your Order

You can edit your orders in your account. This is possible if you haven’t received any tracking or shipping confirmation yet. If you have received a confirmation, then you can contact customer service. If you don’t have an account, then you can contact customer service and give your order number.

Placing Pre-Orders

It is possible to make pre-orders at eu.TeqClub for new products. These products are labeled with pre-order in the title. The pre-order price is not always the full price of the product but just a down-payment. When indicated, you pay 100 euros as a down payment and the remaining amount when we actually have the product in stock and are ready to ship to you. This payment is a down payment to get the product first as soon as it is in stock.


Safe Payments

eu.TeqClub uses an external payment provider, “Stichting Mollie Payments BV/NL”. This allows us to offer a reliable payment method and ensure that your payment is processed securely. eu.TeqClub does not have access to your payment data and receives the payment on its bank account via Stichting Mollie Payments BV/NL. All payments are processed by Dutch servers with secure checks supervised by Mollie’s NOC team and the Nederlandsche Bank. Furthermore, all data is certified with the PCI-DSS level 1 certificate. In addition, the data is provided with an encryption so that the data is unreadable to other people outside of you and the receiving bank.

Payment Options

Through Mollie, it is possible to pay by iDeal, Bancontact, and Credit Card. iDeal is a safe way of payment. iDEAL is based on internet and mobile banking and applies the same security techniques. This means that iDEAL is just as safe as internet and mobile banking. iDEAL therefore meets strict security requirements.

In addition to Ideal, Bancontact and credit card, TeqClub also supports bank transfer for business purchase. This allows customers to purchase the product via bank transfer.

Refunds After Returns

We try to refund your money as soon as possible, we need at least 2-3 working days to arrange the transaction with the bank.
