How will your package be shipped?

eu.TeqClub ships orders via UPS’s transportation service. UPS can deliver quickly and reliably within the Europe.

When are packages delivered?

eu.TeqClub orders are usually delivered to your home on weekdays from Monday to Friday, unless the track & trace says different. The delivery promise varies per country. eu.TeqClub will always try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

All orders are shipped free of charge from eu.TeqClub’s department store. You pay no shipping costs for the shipment of your product.

For returns without problems to the product, we ask our customers to pay the shipping costs themselves. If you are located in the service area of PostNL, we will help you get started with an automatic shipping label that will get you ready to return your order in just a few clicks. Your package will be returned with a shipping label from PostNL. The rates for returning your package can be found on the PostNL website. If you are located outside the PostNL service area, please contact our customer service department for more assistance.

If you have a problem with your product, such as a repair, or you want to return the product because it is incomplete, you will receive a shipping label from us for shipping your product.

Where can I find my tracking link?

To track your order, you will receive a tracking link in your mail after your payment. It is possible that our mail may arrive a little later. We will at all times try to send your link to you within one day.

Didn’t receive a tracking link in your mail?

Always check your spam folder of the mail service you are using. It is possible that our mail is being blocked by a filter. If you have not received mail within one day and there is nothing in your spam folder, please contact our customer service department.

Pickup

How do I choose to pick up your order?

For orders outside of the Netherlands and Belgium it might be too far to drive to our wharehouse. Therefore we can only ship your product.

Where do I pick up my package?

If you would like to pick up your order at a physical location, please contact us for a pick-up appointment. Pick up is only possible in the Netherlands.

Picking up your order is done from our location in Amsterdam.
